| Siscast is licensed on a quarterly or yearly basis. A standard license includes unlimited support, security updates, bug fixes, and software updates. Specific pricing is dependent on the size of the school and the features selected. Please contact us for specific pricing details. |

| Siscast was created by Litespring to be modular and easily customizable. As a result of this effort, Siscast can be customized for each college or university. This modularity allows components to be added and removed if desired. For instance, if your school already has an online textbook purchasing mechanism, Siscast can be configured to link to that store rather than to 3rd parties. Components, such as teacher reviews, can also be completely removed or disabled. With future Siscast upgrades, new components can also be added. Siscast can be integrated with your student registration system, so that students can officially sign up for classes when using Siscast. Other possible features include professor profiles and professor responses to comments posted about then. |
| For those schools interested, Siscast has an academic advising component in development. This component allows students to see major requirements, example schedules of other students with their major/minor, and how far they are to completing their degree. It can also suggest classes that the student requires for her major and where the student meets the necessary prerequisites. |
